管培生-海外仓方向（驻德国）

Responsibilities：

1. 入职后各部门轮岗，以深入了解业务的运营流程，根据语言、个人背景，及轮岗期学习情况向BU下属各区域输送；

2. 接收专业技能、业务知识等方面的培训，主动学习提升，并制定自己的成长目标，努力实现个人规划。

Requirements：

1. 物流/供应链管理/德语专业本科或硕士应届毕业生，毕业1年内均可投递；

2. 语言能力【必须项】：英语可作为工作语，德语为加分项；

3. 有海外留学/生活经验为加分项；

4. 自驱、有韧性、主动学习；

5. 接受海外长期工作；
